E-Class Markbook

You can retrieve candidate results and group statistics for tests which you have set in E-Classes using the E-Class Markbook.

When you set an E-Class test, if you want to store candidates' answers and results, the Monitor Results checkbox must be ticked.

To retrieve candidate results and group statistics :

1. Click on EC Editor to open the E-Class Editor.
2. Select an E-Class.
3. Click on Tests
4. Select a test within the E-Class.
5. Click on the Open Mark Book button (top right of screen).

From the Markbook Summary and Averages page you can access :

1. All users.
2. Candidates who have completed the test (uninterupted).
3. Candidates who have completed the test (interupted).
4. Candidates who have not accessed the test.
5. Candidates currently taking the test.
6. Question by question statistics.

You can sort the results according to each column by clicking on the top of each column.

Click the Export button to create a CSV file of the results in the current order. A copy will be mailed to you and you can also access all exported CSV files by clicking on the Archive button.

CSV files can then be used in applications such as Lotus 123, MS Excel and MS Access.

To replay a candidates test, select a candidate and click on the Replay button. More
