Adding Candidates

You can add users to your E-Class in three ways.

  1. Click on Add Candidate and input the username of person you want to add.
  2. Click on Add Group and input the name of the group or class you want to add. All users who are registered with that group will automatically be added to the E-Class.
  3. Enable user Self Registration and input an access code so that candidates can add themselves to your E-Class.

1. Manually Add Candidate

 

  1. From the E-Class Editor screen select an E-Class.
  2. Press the Add User button.
  3. Type the username of the candidate you want to add into the input box displayed.
  4. Press OK.

2. Add Group

  1. From the E-Class Editor screen select an E-Class.
  2. Press the Add Candidate Group button.
  3. Type the name of the group / class of candidates you want to add into the input box displayed. 
  4. Press OK.

3. Enabling user self registration

Self registration allows candidates to add themselves to your E-Class using an E-Class ID and Access Code.

To enable user self registration for an E-Class, follow the steps below.

  1. From the E-Class Editor, select the E-Class you want to enable.
  2. Check the Self Registration check box.
  3. Enter an E-Class Access Code.
  4. Press Save
  5. Give the E-Class ID and Access Code to your candidates.
