Case Sensitive Marking Rules

By default marking is not case sensitive. If you want to make the question case snsitive, click on the Page Option Check box (Case Sense) to enable case sensitive marking.

Fuzzy Matching

To use fuzzy matching, where incorrectly spelt words or phrases are given half marks, replace flexible characters with asterix, e.g. rec**ve.

NOTE Fuzzy matches must always follow the correct alternatives. Fuzzy matching is not possible when 'case sense' marking is used.
